Vinsmoore Castle-Vienna, November 15, 1821 MY DEAR FRIEND, I have arrived safely in your Viennese estate earlier this morning and have already seen Emelia. She is growing up to be a rather fine lady, and I daresay that she should do you proud in England. The journey here was quite pleasant. The muggle way of travelling does have its perks, my dear friend. Apart from that, I have gathered the necessary information you have asked me to collect. Indeed, it would not be hard for a muggle ship to sink 'accidentally', and I know just how to orchestrate it. But let's not be too hasty on pursuing that angle of our plans just yet. The muggles can wait. It's the muggle-born who call themselves wizards and witches that we must focus on as of now. Emelia and I will leave Vienna in two weeks and travel to England using the Floo Network. I am hoping that everything will be fixed by then, and that Emelia will have by then packed up her belongings, which I daresay are quite a baggage. You have really given her everything.About the research you have asked me to do on Clemence de Dreux, I have found nothing about her. And I mean nothing. I do not know if it's something to be alarmed about. The decision is yours ultimately. I am, my friend, Lucius Gray, Duke of Hanover, &c&c.

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry - November 25 - 1821 [/i] Dear Lucius, Pardon my writing this late in time. In four days, I expect to see you and Emelia safely in my manor in Devonshire. I write to inform you that I have already drawn my divorce papers, the only thing now is to serve them to Nadine. However, such a move deserves careful consideration--especially knowing the importance of Nadine to our goal. My dear friend, do educate Emelia about muggles. She is quite ready, I daresay, and I know no one better equipped for such lessons than you. You know what to tell her--the truth about the evil of muggles. As for Clemence, I find no fault in her. She is wonderful, and in time, I wish for her to be someone that my Emelia would look up to as a mother. I need your counsel, dear friend. Make haste. Your friend, Nikolas Vogel, &c&c
