Full Name: Abigail Sarah Turner
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Occupation: Student
Loyalties: Hogwarts, her house, family, friends
Avatar: Sophia Bush
General Appearance: Abigail is on the taller side, standing at about 5'7", give or take a few centimeters. Contrary to many of her friends, Abby doesn't think of herself as "fat", which is a good thing, considering she weights only 115 lbs. Abby is an athletic, active girl, and she likes to eat good food, so she is quite healthy.
Abby has shoulder-length dark-brown hair that looks black in some lights. Her eyes are a chocolate-brown color, but sometimes they look hazel. She has fair skin devoid of freckles are blemishes. Abigail has straight, fairly white teeth after straightening them with magic. Overall, Abby is a beautiful, well-rounded girl.
Brief Character History: Abby was born in London, England, as an only child to Benjamin and Linda Turner. Her parents are a middle-class family, and both of them are pure-blood wizards. They brought her up well, and were careful not to spoil her one bit. When she was about 6, Abby's father taughter her how to play Quidditch, which has resulted in her love of the wizarding sport of the air.
Since she started Hogwarts, Abigail always tried to do her best. She gets above-average grades and most of the teachers like her. But even Abby can't help goofing off in class occasionally. Abby has a lot of friends. She is very charismatic and always tries to be nice to people even if it seems like they could never be friends. Many of the more shy people in the school seem to flock to Abby.
When she was in her third year, Abby fell off her broomstick and broke her arm rather severely. She was sent home for about a week, but returned in perfect health to Hogwarts after recovering. She still loves Quidditch this day, and never plans to stop playing it.
Personality: Abby is an interesting girl to get to know, even if she does seem a bit shy on the outside. Generally, Abby won't be the one to come up and introduce herself. She is a bit shy around new people, but she loosens up if you get to talking to her. Abby does indeed like having some time to herself, though, listening to her music or writing or reading. She can be a bit reclusive, but usually that's just a little stage.
Although it might not seem like it at first, Abigail has a good sense of humor. She likes to party and can have a very good time. Miss Turner laughs a lot, and can usually make her friends crack up with laughter. Basically, she's a good person to hang out and have a good time with.
Abby can be a bit of a bitch at times, but only to people she really doesn't like. You don't want to be her enemy; she can make your life miserable. Generally, though, she is a nice girl. Abby likes getting people gifts. Another couple bad things about Abigail is that she is very stubborn and incredibly impatient.
Sample Roleplay: A smile lit up Heather's face as she slit open the envelope and saw that the note was from her best friend back in L.A. It was a very long letter, lasting almost three pages in her friend's cramped writing. It took a few minutes for Heather to read, and then she set it on the dashboard. She was sitting in her car outside of the Hard Rock Cafe, one of her favorite places in the world to eat. Outside, rain poured down on her black 2006 Toyota Corolla and on the streets outside. There was probably going to be some flooding going on sometime soon, what with all the rain they'd been having.
Pulling on her coat, Heather prepared to go out into the deluge. She looked around, but couldn't find a hat or anything to keep her head dry. Ah, well. A little rain never hurt anybody, right? Taking a deep breath, Heather opened her car door and hurried up to the door of the Cafe. It was a relief when she stepped inside, and she breathed in the welcoming warmth and smell. All she planned to get was a coffee, but it was always worth it just to be here. Heather remembered eating here with her family back when they did things together.
"I'll have a double-shot French Vanilla Cappucino, please," said Heather, after she had sat down at a two-person table and a waiter had hurried over to serve her. After all, she was quite well known. Heather liked to keep her drinks simple, but it would be oh-so-satisfying. They would probably give her a complimentary pastry, too, like they usually did. And Heather couldn't say no to that. Sure enough, a few moments later her steaming hot coffee had arrived, along with a hot cinnamon roll. Yum.
Heather took a sip of her coffee, but it was extremely hot, so she set it down and took a bite of the cinnamon roll. It was quite good. A few minutes later her coffee was cool enough to drink, and it was simply delicious. A tinkling bell rang somewhere, announcing that somebody else was entering the Cafe. That wasn't unusual; it was a busy place. But Heather didn't look up, not expecting it to be anyone she knew. Just as she was taking a sip of her coffee, she noticed that somebody was coming over to join her.
